Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our top priority. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve received, we are happy to accept a size exchange or returns. Please read the information on this page for guidance and instructions on exchanging your products.
CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN
We offer size exchanges and returns, but there are exceptions:
1. Items that arrive in a damaged condition, have missing items/parts, or are not in their original state are not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange or Return requests initiated more than 2 days after delivery are not considered eligible.
3. Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or with the use of discount codes cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. Returned items does not have tags and not in original product packaging.
5. Returned items has visible signs of wear or use.
6. Custom made products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
REVERSE PICKUP
We offer a reverse-pickup service with nominal reverse shipping fee of Rs. 450 per product will be charged.
DAMAGE PRODUCTS
In the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a replacement request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order. Please provide relevant images to support your replacement request, and mention your order number and name when reaching out to us.

EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCESS
1. We request you submit an exchange request by emailing us at noopur.agarwal@anhauecouture.com or WhatsApp at +91-9217099773
2. If your location is eligible for reverse pick-up, we will arrange it and provide you with the shipping label in email to be pasted on the return parcel.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
5. Our operations team will inspect the product upon its arrival and approve the exchange / return request within 2-3 working days.
6. Once an exchange / return is approved, we will inform you and initiate the process. In case of a replacement, it will be sent out within 3 working days.
7. In case of return, you will receive store credits in your email with validity date of a year.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be advised that all international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped outside India. This policy is in place due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, customs, and taxes.

PLEASE NOTE
Please be advised that we only offer size exchanges for the same design. There is no exchange or returns on custom made orders.
Refunds will not include shipping fees, COD charges, custom packaging, or similar expenses.
The number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account will be 7-10 working days.
During flash sales, we are unable to offer size exchanges due to limited availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before making a purchase.
In the event of a rare issuance of a credit note, it is important to note that the exchanged merchandise should be of equal or greater value. If you choose an outfit with a value lower than the credit note, no adjustments will be made for the price difference.
